No idea. Garcia was overweight the first time and tested positive for drugs. The fight was almost 2 years ago. Anything happens In boxing stating the obvious. Particularly when both guys are good.

This is the fight that makes the most sense for both guys.
Agree with @Oddone that Haney is a little bit scared but realistically what are his other options?
Either guy would likely get their pants pulled down by Shakur so they should fight each other first.

 

Loma deserve a rematch with him more than Garcia

 

I don't like Haney but he has balls. Always picks good opponents. It takes a lot of heart to come back career wise from a devastating beatdown. I'm down for seeing a rematch

The roided version of Ryan from Barrios fight destroys Haney.
