Devin Haney issues 8 page letter to DISQUALIFY Ryan Garcia by the NYSAC

NC and a one year ban might be ok. But giving Haney a win for his battering would be put of line.

Trying to get the loss overturned is absolutely fair at this point, considering that Garcia basically admitted that he intentionally didn't make weight, and then tested positive for banned substances. Mind you despite Garcia missing weight, Haney at first still accepted the loss. It was only after the positive test that he started doing all this.

Him trying to get the loss overturned to a WIN though, is dumb.

The best result they can do is turn it into a NC and the loss would be wiped from the records. Not sure why that isn't good enough for them. Turning it into a win by DQ just makes it look sad.

I do find it ironic how they are trying to legally overturn the results and yet they didn't like that Loma and his team were trying to do the same a year prior.
