    "Haney has a glass chin."
"All he does is jab and hold."
    "Devin has pillow fists."

Now he's a weight bully because he wins. lol

If you can make the weight (legally), it is what it is. There are only like 6 fighters who don't drain significantly. Two of the notable ones are retired. Also, Crawford is a natural LW doing extracurricular at WW. Haney is...................a LW and taller, so him having a larger frame isn't really a "gotcha" moment.

Crawford probably weighs like 155+ nowadays.

Weight Bully is a haters excuse used to try and discredit fighters they don't like period. If the hater likes a fighter who's big for their weight class they won't call them a weight bully. People pick and choose who they call weight bullies based on if they like them or not and that's why it's bull****.

Man... if he makes weight, he makes weight. He's young and his body is able to recover, you can't be mad at him for that. This is nothing new and has been happening forever even moreso since day before weigh-ins.
He is one of the only lightweights besides Loma who actually want to fight the best and do it, not just talk about it behind a twatter account. I wish there were more young guns like him willing to risk that 0 to prove he's the man.

Hey thanks for providing factual stats and not guesstimates. I remember Shane’s last couple of fights at 135 and remember him in the 150s especially the Leija fight.. I’m surprised by Oscars fight night weights he surely looked huge at LW.

It’s about weight and not height or width. A short man can compete at heavy weight and a tall man can compete at lighter weight , so long as they make weight. If it’s a naturals talent that gives you an advantage you would be dumb not to use it and make millions.

No clue what your talking about. I've never heard of you. I made my own comment based on excuses people make to hate on a fighter. Has nothing to do with YOU.

Exactly. Behind able to carry lean muscle is a physical gift. Guys act like these young talents need to sacrifice it immediately to level the playing field for their opposition

You can't be mad at boxers who make the weight, but the discussion about whether or not the rules are good is fair. I'm not interested in seeing whose body happens to be the best at the freak show weight cut. Same day weigh ins could be dangerous as the brain needs fluid around it to protect it. I think a 10% cap on rehydration for every weight class would be fair. Step onto the scale before your ring walk. If you fight at 135, you can rehydrate 13.5 pounds to 148.5

Is Haney really coming in at 155? I hope fighters that cut that much aren't doing long term damage.

Agreed, if we want to talk about flawed rules/weigh ins, totally fine with that discussion and it has some merit.

if he makes 135 hes 135. thats that. no bullying about it. Hes actually at the disadvantage fighting anybody who is more natural 135.
