Haney is the best but they're all despicable little **** ******'s and I shall take great pleasure in watching Lomachenko despose of each one with ease. After he's done and sends them all scurrying for 140, guys like Khongsong, Ergashev, Giyasov or Jukembayev (AKA the real up and coming talent ATM) will brutally finish their careers.
As of now Teofimo is clearly the best or at least he certainly is at 135. You can make an argument for Twink but taking 12 rounds to get a shot one-legged 38 y/o Gamboa out of there is a very bad look and Teo's early destruction of the previously never stopped prime Commey is by far the best win at 135 of any of them albeit two-weight champ and former world amateur silver medalist Pedraza is the best opponent any of them have fought. Haney hasn't fought anyone, let alone beaten anyone. Look at his and Teo's respective performances against Meynard. Teo sparked him out on his face in a round with a single right hand whereas it took Haney 9 rounds to get the job done and he didn't come close to putting him over IIRC.
One of them will meet Lomachenko at the perfect time and defeat him IMO. I heard there's talks of Loma & Haney?
