Barkley would have caved his head in. An older and blown up Duran may have beaten him, but Duran was in an entire different stratosphere to Haney, even at that point. Haney wouldn't have been able to hurt him like Duran did, and his chin wouldn't handle Barkley's best shots like Duran's did. Barkley knocked out Thomas Hearns for crying out loud, a much superior fighter to Haney in every way.
Barkley was a decent boxer, just with low boxing iq. He looked quite decent as a boxer against both Nunn and Duran. His size and power would be too much for Haney. Barkley is the original weight bully.
