    Since Lopez moved up to 140 and won a title there, can Haney do the same and set up a fight against Teo?

    I think Haney will win that fight. Haney has a very good jab. And Prograis jab is not very good. Prograis looks puzzled when guys get light on their toes and work the jab and that’s exactly what Haney is good at.
