Prograis has a hard time fighting guys with a good jab. And Haney got one of the best jabs around at the moment. Haney wins by UD.
Haney has been fighting a little braver recently, I wouldn't be surprised if Haney comes forward more often in this fight, which will give Prograis a chance to land his bombs.
Until Haney rematches Loma his career is irrelevant. At least the likes of Canelo, Ward and even Mayweather granted immediate rematches when they know that they lost. Haney is in a league of his own when it comes to cowardice.

I dont believe he will do that in his first fight at 140lbs with a dangerous puncher like Regis. If you are correct and he tries that once he feels the power, if he's still around he will get on the move!
I hope Prograis kos the coward for dissing Loma. That BS decision still bugs me. This favoritism of American boxers against foreigners, especially EE fighters has sullied the sport.

Prograis couldn't close the distance in his last fight and Haney has good feet, so that's a recipe for a wide Haney UD. Whatever I predict, Prograis does the opposite so who knows, maybe he gets a ko. We still don't know if Haney's chin is solid at 140, he can be shaken. Should be a good fight.
