I don't know, but it's for certain that Haney doesn't have the power to keep Garcia away, and that Haneys chin is suspect enough that if Garcia hits that chin clean then Haney is going to sleep. Haney does however have the skills to outbox Garcia. Based upon these observations and my 21st century "Boxeval TM" program with sophisticated algorithms I say 65/35 in favor of Garcia.

Ryan sparks Haney’s pillow fisted azz. Haney went toe to toe with Jojo and was buzzed by ancient Linares. I like Ryan in this fight and hope it happens soon. First, he needs to dispose of POS Tank. Tank talks a big game but always manages to fight bums. I doubt his handlers will allow Tank to get within a hundred miles of a boxing ring with Garcia in it. Tank fights little guys and bums only. Garcia doesn’t fit the mold. Also, I realize Garcia called out Tank and the fight was never made. In the e meantime Tank fought mostly bums and had major problems against Cruz, the only guy shorter than tank at 135. Ryan is still you g and needed some time to recover from a hand injury and some personal problems. Tank missed his window becaise Garcia is getting better with every fight while Rank stagnates. Easy money for Garcia if the fight happens. Same for Haney. Garcia Shakur Stevenson is the fight to make at LW after Ryan disposes of hypejob Davis.
