    To qualify as a professional boxer you need to achieve a boxing licence. By demonstrating a certain level of skill.

    Do either of these guys have a professional boxing licence? Could they even get one?

    If those cans you are talking about not of sufficient skill or health to retain boxing licence then it gets taken away from them
