Both men letting their hands go, its turning into an inside fight, sharper work from the Kazakh, huge right hook from Juan and a one two later. This is scrappy. Daniyar really really needs to tighten his defense.

Daniyar lands a bombing left early, hurt him, he flurries, Juan fires back, lands a few counters, Daniyar hurts him again, and once again, Juan fights back. Big looping right from Juan, he flurries late. Daniyar lands flashy one two, and a counter left hook.

Daniyar is going through the motions, Juan coming forward, giving it his all, but he's too featherfisted and not accurate enough to make much of an impact. Although he landed several bombs this round, enough to outwork the Kazakh.

I really liked Daniyar as an amateur, but he's been woefully disappointing as a pro, he REALLY needs to work on his defense, and he's so featherfisted, that I'm not he can hold off any of the top dogs at WW. I think he gets wrecked the moment he steps up.

 

Taking a really long time with these scorecards. It wasn't that hard to score. Hmmm.

Didn't really think he'd pull the upset, but I did think he looked tough as nails. He's got the potential to be a top tier Samuel Vargas like journeyman.
