I favor Alexander by KO, unless Brook has tightened up a lot since Jones. (and Saldivia didn't really provide him enough experience IMO to bridge the gap between the close call with Jones and a step up like Alexander)

Saldivia didn't provide anything, unfortunately he was a human punchbag that night. I do see why Alexander is favorite, but I think Brook has that real special timing that could frustrate the hell out of Alexander.

The Carson Jones fight is a null and void reference because of Brook's complacent preparation.

Since then Brook has employed a nutritionist and a strength and conditioner for the first time in his last fight which was a shut out (regardless of what many think of Saldivia).

Dominic Ingle said in the post fight press conference that Brook started his 12 week training camp a stone lighter than he had his previous camps and I'm certain he's gonna be in far superior shape to his light fight.

I've said it before and I'll say it again; Brook will be far too accurate, far too often and I even think Brook could win be late stoppage, particularly if his straight right starts to connect.

This is one of those gimmes with the bookies with Brook being 13/8.

This isn't representable... Saldavia was a bum basher who lost by stoppage against the best 2 fighters he faced (now 3).
The Jones and Hatton fights are much better examples of what level he's at.

Kell's compact & strong at the weight, an accurate puncher with a very sharp, stiff jab & an educated right hand. He can lead, he can counter & prefers to box from range. His defence is largely reflexive & he has good upperbody movement.

Kell isnt the most combative, if caught he will generally back off & reset rather than fire back. He can be a little flat-footed at times & can be overwhelmed by combinations, his guard is far from impenetrable.

He won the Lonsdale belt (defended the British title 3 times) in record speed & was the young British boxer of the year, ahead of Nathan Cleverly the current LHW WBO champ. However his career stalled due to legal problems & a dispute with his promoter, Kell changed promoter in 2011 & has been more active since then.

Plenty of his fights on youtube, the N'Dou, Hatton & Jones fights are worth a watch if you want to learn more about his style, his strengths & weaknesses.

You are deluded and sucked in by hype like a lot of northerners get over our boxers from up north.

If you watch the Saldiva fight says it all when the dumb ass british commentators say he's the real deal and he's just beaten a nobody sums up everything that's wrong with our british boxing media and commentators.Saying someones the real deal after they beat a nobody is shocking and they shouldn't be working as boxing commentators.

Kell Brook is slow has bad stamina and a dodgy chin, Alexander tko round 5.

Even Kell Brook is deluded there's a vid on youtube of him saying he's going to america to face their best fighter to claim the world championship lol sums it all up really.
A mollycoddled carefully matched career to make money from deluded overly patriotic northerners.
