Should Devon try to go up to 147 and chase another green and Gold belt. if so how dose this fight play out. i for one feel Alexander to to talented and would KO berto in 10 rounds
My opinion of Berto is not very high (the old claims that he's one of the few capable of beating Mayweather now seem laughable) - but I'd want to see Alexander against a lesser welterweight before deciding this is a good idea.
Devon has the tools, speed and ambition. He only needs a little more bulk. Berto would be a fool to take him on.
i think this would be a great fight since he's having trouble getting a fight at 140 and Bradley was thinking of testing 147 with an undefeated solid contender b4 the Maidana fight came together . why not one up it and go Str8 for the Gold and make a Statement.
Both Bradley and Alexander seem to be natural light welterweights to me (at least right now). I'd like very much for them to square off at 140.
sorry but if Bradley beats Maidana it won't happen for another 2-3 years. cuz if he beats Maidan he'll fight the winner of Ortiz campbel net and then on to Khan.
Bradley has an agenda and Alexander isn't on it. Can't blame the guy. He'd claim Alexander isn't a big enough name yet.
Not really sure. If the Alexander that moved up is the same Alexander that is at JWW I would take DA to take care of Berto by KO.
im not saying Bradley is ducking him cuz he's taking some hard fight but right now i feel he feels it not a fight that needs to be made he's trying to bank on a true super fight later oin down the line thats why i think he gave up the green belt.
Berto is bigger, stronger and faster so I wouldn't count him out, even though DA looks more polished.
