    Alexander is jabbing, stepping back, and grabbing as Maidana hammers his way in on him. Uppers to the body by Maidana. Smoger is having to break them up excessively, out of his comfort zone. Alexander is sticking the right jab to the abdomen and holding Maidana back. Maidana rushes in, and they clinch. Alexander jabs and barks. Maidana rushes in and has his head pushed down. Alexander is scoring well on the outside with the right jab, although CompuBox has Maidana up 11 to 9 in power punches so far in the 2nd. Smoger warns Alexander for a rabbit punch while spinning Maidana in the clinch.

    Maidana pressured well in the 2nd, but Alexander's right jab could barely miss and for me took the round (even though Alexander was getting walked down and forced to hold when he wasn't jabbing)
