Devon Alexander vs. Victor Ortiz

great fight im going with victor by ud. i think he would drop devon in there fight, not sure by ko but i know vicious vic could would put him on his booty.

Ortiz has to KO Alexander to win which I think Ortiz can do. Alexander is the better boxer though I think

 

Yeah, but you haven't told me why I'm wrong. Instead of crying about me giving you my opinion why he will win, try to take a little time and break down why you think I'm wrong.

 

It's an even fight in which I would favor Ortiz. Alexander has a pretty repetitive offense that can be nullified by an OK defensive fighter which Ortiz is not. He is created to eat right hands . At the same time Ortiz is bigger, stronger with similar speed and more power. Either fighter can hurt the other and I see Ortiz outworking him down the stretch.

 

The angles that Devon would give Ortiz I think would negate a lot of Ortiz's attributes, I feel if Devon was able to employ a gameplan of boxing and walking Ortiz into shots like Lamont Peterson did he would KO Ortiz late.

 

I can see this. Just I think that Ortiz even if he is a bit dumb has learned something in fighting two good defensively fighters in Peterson and Floyd. His biggest problem is that he doesn't see the punches very well so he will eat a lot of shots regardless of the outcome.

 

Alexander UD- too quick, good power, slick enough

 

good fight... I think Devon can pull it off if he boxes. But I'm leaning towards Vic at WW just because of his size.
