Judging from Alexander-Maidana, Alexander can handle a brawler, But Ortiz bigger then Maidana, Still Alexander UD 12.

Ortiz has more experience and better timing with his shots. Alexander has improved a lot with his own timing and combination punching, but Ortiz has good fundamentals and very dangerous bursts of aggression with lots of speed and power behind them. I'm not sure Alexander would be able to keep him off of him for 12, let alone out-box him, but if he keeps improving, it's not out of the question. It would be a tremendous win for Alexander though.
