Roids, that is the only thing that gives you freakish muscle development like that.

That's freakish. But I don't think it's roids. Some sportsmen have better.... genetics which allow them to grow such mountains.

It was quite impressive. Reminded me of my buddy Tim's flex. He was only in his early teens and had a gigantic bicep just like this. Must be a 'Lou' thing...

He has a typical bad body builder bicep and not a functional athlete’s bicep. Its ****ing deformed. He has an over developed long head, under devolved short head, and under devolved brachialis. The long head is the least functional of the 3 muscles especially as it relates to boxing. It’s the short head that is the most specific to boxing.

The short head is the primary mover in forearm supination which is why thanks to the addition of gloves we no longer use a vertical punch because supination of the forearm, whirling punch, adds power. And due to its insertion point at coracoid process the short head takes the largest role of the biceps in pulling the humorous across the body, see hook.

Mr. Alexander needs to start doing his curls with a wider grip and do some hammer curls.
