Were talking of natural weights here bro. Pac can fight at LW 'course, but that is not his natural weight IMO. Torito, on the other hand is still on his early-to-mid twenties and had already started out as jr. welter! (Imagine the natural size difference). I believe Juan may even still grow and close out his career at junior MW...

Don't get me wrong. I like the notion of Pac fighting Diaz, 'twould be a slambang affair. There are still unfinished biz at 130 though and fighters in the division are racuously clamoring for his head... might as well renege and indulge them.:yep

yes its a one division difference... at age 18 pacquiao was fighting at 113 lbs while juan diaz was fighting at 140 lbs. manny pacquaio started his career at 106lbs and juan diaz at 141lbs.

BUT 141 was obviously too high for Diaz. And Pac was a kid at 106. That is like saying Roy Jones Jr started at Jr MW, but Tarver started LHW, so he shouldnt have been fighting him.

Pac has more than proven himself at 130. He has already mentioned moving up to 135. He has already mentioned Juan's name as a possability in the future. And again, is natually bigger at this stage of their respective careers.

Again, this isnt about where they were at 18....but rather now.

what's pissing me off is everytime somebody calls out pacman all the haters here starts bashing him for ducking the fighter who called him out. so pacman is ducking valero, guzman, soto, marquez, casamayor, juan diaz, pbf, hatton, de la hoya, winky, hopkins, pantera, pavlik, ruiz, wlad, etc....

and is no good coz he only fights old men.

:nonoah,a aw...not too fast there bro. Until there are "young up-and-comers" (not "washed up goners," as what some others and fellow Mex calls EM and MAB after their drubbing from Pac:D) with some fancy belts calling him out, there is still lots to prove (to the naysayers at the very least...):hey

There isnt many people "hating" on him. He is one of my favorite fighters bro.

I never used the word "duck" or anything of the sort. I just pointed out that he is actually BIGGER than Diaz come fight night.

And Pac mentioned Diaz first. Pac mentioned moving up first. Most of the posts in here have sticked to this....not much hating going on at all.

What really sucks is, when someone disagrees with certain fans on this site of their favorite fighter (not just Pac...this goes on ALLLL the time...call it the Floyd Mayweather Jr rule....:yep ), they are suddenly haters and nuthuggers.

THAT, is what pisses ME OFF!

pacman is an old fighter and his lifestyle has ruined him. he is talking about moving up because he cannot make it to 130 and its a bad sign. he proved himself at 130 but do you seriously believe he will do well at lightweight?

it is more of a fan site now than a boxing site. but it has updated news on pinoy boxers and you could get some news on japanese boxing scenes and a little on asian boxing.

If he is selective of his opponents...

David Diaz and Julio he could beat. Same with Katsidis, Raheim and Chavez (but there aint much sense in any of those unless its a tuneup)

Casa would be tough, as would Juan. Campbell would also be a tough one (but may have to fight him Undefeated Ving Rhames - Wesley Snipes style :D ).

He could compete but not dominate like he has in the past.
