Diaz beats him handily I think. Guida is pretty basic. All I can say of his which is pretty good is his wrestling and his heart. Diaz has much better jits and I'd say has better stand up due to his boxing.

Once it gets to the ground, and this being between a wrestler and BJJ player it will, it's over for Guida.

    Diaz Sub 1.

I see Guida just overwelming him with his superior wrestling and strong agressive pace and adding in alittle GNP for a decision.

    I think the exact opposite.

Guida is much more stronger than Nate. And I believe that will be the difference in the fight. Diaz is not going to be able to stop Clay's takedown attempts. And once Guida gets on top, I think it's going to be very difficult for Nate to mount any offense on the bottom. Hence, I don't see Nate catching Clay with a submission.

    Prediction: Guida via unanimous decison.

Really? You can't see Diaz pulling off a sub?

Guida's sub defence is less than stellar and Diaz has very good submissions. Plus he has ridiculous flexibilty. I think Guida will walk straight into a sub. And if he doesn't then Diaz is just the type of guy to pull a sub out of nowhere.

well bat man gave him one hell of a fight fighting the same way guida dose and i dont see clay making as big a mistake as batman. that being said i think that this is his hardest test to date in the ufc. franca was a harder fight but in the ufc guida is his hardest fight. i dont think he can be put through the meat grinder the way that guida is going to give him. guida by ud or late 3rd round tko

Nice fight. Nate was impressive in defeat. But I thought Clay would be a little too much.

Me too. I though that Guida stuck on Diaz like glue the whole time but that was pretty much it for the second and third rounds.

Exactly. Guida would get Diaz's back then just sit there. Then Diaz would take him down maybe try a sub then they got back to the same position and repeat. Plus Guida was dominated standing and hurt a couple of times.

you had heck of a night, it was close but guida in the 3rd just holds, controls and smothers his way to a UD the same thing he did to Danzig...he just pinned him down for the round.

I hope the guy get's killed soon.
