Diaz is calling out Vargas?

Listen I like Diaz, one of the few who do I think, but in a boxing match Vargas would dominate him.

 

The Vargas who beat Campas, Marquez, Wright and Quartey is no longer. That Vargas outboxes and stops Mayorga.

MMA love choosing old and/or shot boxers.

Can you believe Vargas is only 33. Man does he have some ring years on him.

 

Most of the time it is old boxers calling out mma fighters.

 

Vargas would trash him even now. Diaz' boxing wont transfer over to pure boxing well at all. He has little on his punches, and the range on his jabs wont mean anything unless he has something to back them up with, lets remember his power diminishes a bit with the bigger gloves, his somewhat light punches will be even lighter.

Idiotic move on Diaz' part. But good payday.

 

He has to do stright up boxing sparring...I suspect he knows from that he aint the level of Vargas..hell he has called out mayweather and pac....I'm sure he would call out Wlad klit if he could as well.....truth is he is looking for a big pay day.

 

I would love to see this happen...mainly to see Nick Diaz splattered on the canvas. I sure hate that guy. His pitter patter punches would feel like a feather duster in 8 oz. gloves.

 

Nicks boxing has seriously improved but not enough for top boxers.

 

Diaz calling out Vargas and Silva wanting to fight Jones are two examples of truly elite MMA wanting to box shot to **** fighters.

 

Yea but in both those cases the shot fighters would win big.

does no one remember how shot and terrble vargas looked in his last fight, he is sofar from where he was beating quartey and wright, diaz has been in competitive sport the last 3 years whereas vargas.....god knows what he has been up to.....anyone who thinks diaz has no chance is ******ed
