Diaz/Marquez Winner Set For Hatton Summer Fight

Hatton beating Pac wouldn't make him P4P number 1 in my book. That title isn't lineal.

 

You won't hear JMM crying about 5 percent. Hitman = retirement money.

 

This is the same **** that was being pulled with the Oscar fight. Pac is going to do the same thing with PBF if PBF comes out of retirement. This is more money than Pac has ever seen and he is going to blow it.

 

the hatton-pacquiao squabble over money is all for promotions. the fight is signed already, all the bickering is being done to hype the fight so fans will have something to talk about. this is like what happened in the pre-fight negotiations over pac-DLH. remember they released a press story saying the fight will not push through when all along it was already wrapped up and everything was done to make the fight controversial.

 

I always wanted to see a Diaz-Hatton fight but right now I think its JMM last few efforts before he retires so i want him to get the Hatton fight. Imagine how crazy this fight would be. Hatton is a global star and JMM's fanbase has finally increased. You know its gonna do good in PPVs here in the US. Not million buys do to the economy but a good 600-700 thousand is what i would expect.
This fight would make JMM the first Mexican fighter to hold titles in 4 different weight classes. I think JMM can definately beat Hatton if he comes well prepared. I can see another check hook ending for hatton.

 

All 3 possibilities for Hatton have great potential but i think both hatton and manny have f***ed up as Hatton wont get the money he would have got for fighting Manny

I agree with you there Saul, JMM could give Hatton a lot of problems and make it look 1 sided
if hatton had fought JMM instead of juan lazcano last summer that would have been 2 straight losses for hatton
however, due to hattons last fight and the rebirth he's shown it makes the fight a lot more close to call
