It's gonna be entertaining just like the 1st was. Too bad disgraceful scoring made us forget how good is was. Now since Diaz understands no way he'll get a gift this time and fights a pound closer to 140, and Malignaggi understands he's gotta do more to get the decision, I expect both come out firing, so even more entertainment is guaranteed. It's pretty much a 50-50 fight, but let me try: they are fighting a pound heavier favoring the natural 140-er Malignaggi on a neutral scene, however keep in mind that Diaz was the one moving up the 1st time, so you could expect him to grow into the weight better for the 2nd time. Also, the cut once again bothered him which might or might not return. And finally, if the N'Dou fight is any indication, we can say once you adjust to Malignaggi's slick but defensively imperfect style, it's much easier. One more thing: if Paulie plays Diaz' game, it's going Diaz's way. If he boxes on the back foot, the judges might not reward his negative fighting. It's a damn hard fight for Paulie to win. I gotta favor Diaz on points due to these reasons. But boxing is one beautiful sport to defy odds and reasons, so let's just sit back any enjoy! :thumbsup
