it's a good match up of contrasting styles that will make an interesting fight every time. Undercard sounds good, and it's on HBO. Now if only Max Kellerman loses his voice it'll be perfect.

At 139?? I'm dissapointed. Diaz is a small LW as it is.

I dont get why people are so hyped about this fight.
Juan Diaz won the only reason most people freak out is ebcause of the horrible scorecard from 1 judge.
Not to mention if Paulie wins then what? He is so boring to watch and very annoying. Lets face it the only reason this guy gets any fights is because he has a big mouth yet never backs it up.

I agree. Paulie is nothing. The only reason he looked decent against Diaz is because Paulie is a damn Jr. Welter Weight fighting a small Light weight.

Paulie, is boring, he's popularity stems from his bitach ***git look, and his losses to Cotto and Hatton.

Pauile got two gifts decisions, yet he bitches and cries foul in a close fight.

I don't get how some fans support him.

I guess that "El Pollo" nickname isn't going to last. Anyway it should be a good fight just like the last one that could have gone either way. (I had it a draw)

I admire Diaz for taking an immediate rematch in a close fight. Props to the Baby Bull.

If Juan is such a small lightweight maybe someone needs to tell that kid to stop eating the home cooking and get his chubby ass into the gym. Only the most diehard of Diaz fanatics can actually get pissed that this fight is at 139 pounds instead of 138 and a half. Seriously, if they can't make 135 anymore, go up to 140. They tried to get the rematch at 138 1/2 again, what kind of bull**** is that?

    WTF????!!

You are aware that Paulie is a JR. WW (as in 140) right??????

Diaz is doing a Paulie a damn favor by fighting at 138 and 139.

    :patsch

sure the rematch should clear up all issues (unless there's a draw)

but I really don't see the point of matching these 2 up in the first place.

I mean is Juan done at Lightweight? cuz the Funeka-Guzman winner would seem like a logical fight.

o well i guess im just tired of catchweight bouts .. and the rematch, like the first fight, is yet another catchweight fight.

A catchweight at 139 lbs just does'nt make any sense.

......if there is a catchweight in this rematch, I highly doubt its going to be set at just 1 lbs south of where they originally fought.

.....I would think they'd at least meet halfway between 135 lbs and 140 lbs......

138 lbs would seem more fitting if they were going to mark catchweights for this matchup.

A little off the main topic but do you mean Sergio?
And if so, who's he fighting?
