i just think Paulie can shoe shine him and just rack up the points...i know im in the minority..but i just think Paulie will jab and move and throw combinations and use his feet
Diaz wide decision or late round stoppage. Paulie has nothing to keep Juan honest or the workrate to outpoint him.
I dooooooon't like Malignaggi. He proved his classlessness leading up to the Cotto fight.I think the world of Diaz. One of my present favorites.Heart of a lion.Classy.I hope he knocks Malignaggi on his ass.
as both fighters are coming off a loss, you could accurately call this a "must win situation" and I would have to agree with the stakes being higher for Paulie, simply because a lost to a natural Lightweight would shred his short term chances at getting another crack at a significant 140 fight the losses to Cotto and Hatton (even though he was dominated) can be excused as both men are Elite level fighters but losing to an undersized man (even at a catchweight) would be a very bad loss for Paulie.
The hunger i think comes into effect- this fight is nothing more than going through the motions for Diaz- but for Paulie this is a career defining moment! I think Paulie comes ready to win this fight by any means necesary!!
All depends on how much the ko to Marquez has taken out of Diaz. But if he is still the same fighter then Diaz by a wide margin. He's just to busy for Malignaggi. Should be a quality fight.
