Kid Choclate is a beast, him and Geale would be like a symphony of violence!

Lets hope Sammy can come up with the goods, would also love to see the smooth technique and volume punching of Geale vs the mongrel and high pace of Soliman :bbb

Peter Quillin to fight on Hopkins-Dawson undercard on October 15th

Unbeaten middleweight contender Peter Quillin (25-0, 19 KO’s) will be reportedly fighting on the undercard of the WBC light heavyweight fight between champion Bernard Hopkins and challenger Chad Dawson on October 15th at the Staples center in Los Angeles, California.

Quillin, ranked #7 by the World Boxing Association, doesn’t have an opponent picked out yet but hopefully it’s a notable fighter. That’s what the 28-year-old Quillin needs right now to get him more notoriety.

His trainer Freddie Roach has been talking about wanting to match Quillin against Sergio Martinez but the problem is Quillin doesn’t have enough of a name for Martinez to bother with him. Quillin’s management needs to put him in with higher class opponents.

He’s faced Jessie Brinkley and Jason LeHoullier in his last two fights, easily beating both. However, there are much better fighters than these guys and it’s high time Quillin start facing them. He’s getting up there in age and it would be sad if he continues to face lower level guys each time while at the same time wanting a quality guy like Martinez to fight him.

If it ever happens 37 yr old Sam would be way out of his depth
against Quillin . Career ending fight for Soliman.

Dib should score a comfortable win over the Italian.

 

No one can knock Sam Soliman's determination. He has been a credit to Australian boxing.

 

Quillin will batter this version of Soliman.

 

i agree kegsy, quillin is a badass imo , and i wouldnt put geale near him either to tell the truth

 

Quillin would be all wrong for Geale. Technically he is class and he can punch but Geale is a titleist mow and has to face top ranked guys.

 

Spoke to Sam on Sunday and he has nothing on the horizon, he has fight after fight fall over on him.

 

Servidei has the most padded record I've ever seen.

 

Soliman will get a eliminator or a fight with geale,the guy has been ranked in the ibf middleweight div top 15 for the past 5-7 years easily an hasnt done **** with it

 

I just read on the main forum that Peter Quillin is fighting Craig McEwan instead of Sam Soliman.

 

Was that a recent article Jacks??

If it is McEwen, the brits are getting a lot of exposure these days. Frank must be sucking balls overtime! :smh
