I think the only way you will see Billy in the ring with a legit title holder is to get his photo took.

I'm sure he's a nice guy but he's a long way from being threatenin to them. :nono

im sure they will change this , because I can see Billy Dib defending his so called ibo title to thai's and filo's, just like Mundine does.

If it's not Dib against Luevano it will be either Bernabe Concepcion or Monty-Meza Clay.

Bernabe has another fight coming up instead so it wont be him.

As far as im aware is if Dib decides not to take the fight, u will prob see Luevano vs Meza-Clay

Personally i would not have minded seeing a rematch between Luevano & Mario Santiago.:deal

Damn this is actually gonna happen.

" Top Rank and Golden Boy are finalizing the undercard for the Kelly Pavlik-Bernard Hopkins fight Oct. 18 (HBO PPV) at Boardwalk Hall in Atlantic City. In the co-feature, Top Rank's Steven Luevano will defend his featherweight title against Australia's Billy Dib, a Shane Mosley protégé promoted by Golden Boy."

    Great News for Billy.

I think we can all agree of all the champs at 126 this is his best shot, and I reckon Linaries would ruin him, Luevano maybe not so much.

    GO BILAL!!

    He most certainly is Phil.

I had it confirmed today by Luevano's manager Cameron Dunkin (through a third party) that Dib is his opponent.

Is the IBO belt up for grabs?

IBO belt is at a different weight class so it wuold not be on the line.

Cameron Duncan is 1 of the best managers in the world IMO.
Managers some great fighters associated with top rank including Kelly Pavlik & Nonito Donaire.

He has impressive credentials that's for sure.

He offered Ganoy a 3 year top rank deal late last year as co-manager but the offer was later withdrawn.

Damn that would have been great for Ganoy.
He would have landed on a Top Rank major card very easily against 1 of their many prospects like an Antillon etc.

Could well be pal, could well be. I've been in this game long enough now not to worry about too much. It would drive me insane if I did!
