Who the hell is this guy pirog? Ok he won a belt, that was against some hyped up american nobody, pirog has been around awhile and has done next to nothing as far as i can see, why would martinez fight this guy? Pirog needs at least one more BIG win to even deserve to be mentioned as a potential opponent. Martinez would smash pirog anyhow.

 

because nobody is willing to get in the ring with him, he is considered high risk low reward therefore cant land big fights.

You can't deny his passion. I'd want a guy like that in my corner or promoting me. The best part is it doesn't sound fake or ingeniune even if he may going too far with his excitement. Better than the alternative of Don King or that snake Bob Arum. He can just bull**** you without a pulse.

 

Pirog is one of the top fighters, so why not fight him. Unless Martinez can get Mayweather, then there aren't many big names to choose from. He needs to fight Sturm and the other top 5 middleweights.

All the people bitching about Martinez calling out Pac would not have a problem with it if Martinez had lost his last fight and looked bad. You guys as well as Roach and Arum would be jumping for joy at the chance to add another big name to the record, but since he is looking better and better, there is no way they wan't Pac in the ring with him. Also Pirog and Jacobs have not earned a shot at Martinez. Let them fight Williams, Pavlik, Dzinderuk, etc before wanting to face him.

 

AA at 160 after the S6, but I doubt he'll go for it Sergio will beat him
