    I just read the news....Lou can get Ishe the right fights, 154 division is now on notice....Ishe is back.

    Ishe Smith is not the most exciting fighter, but he definitely has skills. He is a good litmus test for any up-and-comer, as proven by his valiant efforts against Joel Julio, Pawel Wolak, Sergio Mora, and Sechew Powell.
