To all the ****ing GGG **** jockeys claiming that Geale is ducking the hype job, Golovkin:

http://thaboxingvoice.com/?p=4321

and what the hell has Golovkin done to justify a match with Martinez over Geale? It's easy to look good when you're knocking out bums, Lucian Bute did it and look what happened to him when he stepped up? Geale unified the WBA and IBF titles so if anyone deserves a fight with SM, it's him.

Makes sense. If Martinez would retire today, he would be HOF though imo.

Pavilik (RING/Lineal Champ)
Williams (No. 2, No. 5 P4P)
Dzinzurik (NR)
Barker (NR)
Macklin (No. 3)
Chavez, Jr (No. 3)

He would definitely get a boost by fighting and beating Geale and/or Golovkin who most rate as the highest currently underneath him. Pirog is lower and has done even less. His two fights in 2011 were really a waste of time -- Any Top 10 MWs would've looked better on him.

It's already starting, and I will admit while I somewhat understand their position given his age, and the notion of how many big money fights does he realistically have left.

But I don't like the way of thinking one bit, as it's no different from what Floyd is doing with him. Or what Canelo is doing to every real contender without big names at 154 (Vanes, Lara, Rosado, Molina, Bundrage, Trout) fighting a blown up 140 pounder, and shot to **** Mosley instead.

I know it's a business, but this is a bull**** way of thinking, when you look at how things were done back in the day, and how they are done today, it's ****ing nerve racking :fire I'm a big Sergio fan, but if his haters start giving him **** about this, I really can't blame them :conf

No, only the nuthuggers like yourself rate GGG higher than Geale cause your lack of boxing knowledge allows you to be amazed by a guy who has spent his career knocking out euro trash and you rank a guy who beat two top 5 champions (Sturm (2) and SS (4)) underneath him. You truly are a moron.

I have Geale ahead of him right now, actually. He was mentioned first in the post you chopped up to rant about.

Doubtful, however a lot of people just saw Macklin's first round KO a fighter they were told was pretty good, on a big PPV main card. The PPV announce crew did a pretty good job hyping Macklin afterwards too, and let it be known that he gave the main event fighter, and lineal MW champ a good fight on HBO from MSG earlier this year. So yeah, I think it's safe to say Macklin has the bigger name right now.

No he's not Quillin is fighting N'Jikam for the WBO title. Not the interim, but the real belt.

I already admitted to them WBO stripping the title from Pirog and giving it to the intrim N'Jikam.
