Tiger is a legand, but Qawi was a juggernaut at 175. If Spinks was not a Light-Heavyweight at the time, Qawi would have ruled for a lot longer than he did.
It would come down to whether Tiger was keen to Qawi's very shrewd ability to fake, time the right and counter a split-second later with his heavy right hand. Me thinks Qawi's suckers him and gets him out via that little trick.
