I think John's mixing it up with Tiger will be what loses Conteh the fight, either by decision or late TKO. However, if he boxes, Conteh wins a decision.
If Conteh sticks to the script and boxes...boxes...boxes...jabs..jabs...jabs...he would win a decision, but he would be playing Tiger's game if he decided to slug..and I'm not necessarily saying he would then lose to Tiger, because Conteh's natural weigtht class was 175, and Tiger's best was 160. I just think that it would be far easier for Conteh if he just jabbed and moved all night..and he would win a decision over Tiger.
Conteh gave Saad Muhammad a pretty good go in their first fight Tiger is NOT stopping him, and Conteh was a better boxer than Tiger imo.Tiger was a monster at 160 ,but this is175,Conteh would match him for strength imo.
Conteh could obviously outbox him from afar, but I honestly think if he economizes his attack correctly and seitches up the pace at times that he'd hold his own on the inside. Provided he doesn't get stuck in there of course, in which case Tiger's chances improve greatly. Even in that scenario I think Conteh holds his own (he had a mean streak a mile wide and proved his ability to slug it out on numerous occasions), but I believe he'd be making things harder on himself.
I go for Conteh. He can outbox Dick but i also think John, mean ******* that he was would be too much at light heavy if it came down to a slugfest.
