Dick Tiger vs Marvin Hagler At Peaks/winner?

    Hagler's biggest flaw was his (over) caution. The flaw would serve him well here.

    Only thing I might add is that both Tiger and Hagler prefered to counter punch, but both very capable of pressing. If Tiger would win he would have to fight a similar fight to the Fernandez and forth Giardello fights...where he made an effort to close distance quicker...if he stays back Hagler has an easier time. So close!

    I think Marv's lateral mobility and right jab see him through in this one. Over the distance, his reach advantage could be crucial. Giardello, Webb and Archer had some success against Tiger, and Hagler was a southpaw to boot, the best boxing had ever seen, providing a unique edge. In a series though, I fully agree that Tiger could lift one.
