you might want to check the Chins of Hoffman or even Donald. Both have proven to be very durable. What power puncher has Toney fought at Heavyweight? He refuses to fight some of the bigger punchers for some reason. Also, why has he not fought any of the "Euro bums" as he calls them? They are the ones with all the belts. Why does he criticize but not fight them?

 

People are always gonna hate on Peter. Fact of the matter is VitKlit is coming off a 4 year layoff and numerous injuries. Baseball players who come off of season ending injuries rarely (if ever) come back the same or better, and that is only being off a year. Same with basketball players (see Patrick Ewing).

You are telling me a 37 year old coming off a 4 year layoff and a back, shoulder and knee injury is going to come in and dominate the #2 HW in the world (ranked by Ring Magazine and ESPN)? It is not like all he has to do is hit a ball or run. Granted he is big and has a tremendous reach, but it will mean nothing if he has no timing. Peter is gonna charge him, rush him and smack him behind the head. I expect VitKlit to get re-injured during the fight and retire.:deal

James Toney is the only active legend in boxing...give him his 50-50 and he will make you famous...he knows certain chumps haven't fought anybody, and he's not going to fix that problem for them, only to receive chump change.

A few points about the radio show too. It was NOT proven that James Toney took a prescription steroid. The guy that said that was full of ****, a flat out lie. You can tell him so for me.

While I agree that steroids are used for other reasons...You always err when you say that steroids are not used to treat injury...there are volumes on steroids, and this info is not hard to find.
