Ty always falls back on the law when fear gets a grip. There is absolutely no law that says that people cannot drive to his home town for a chat with him.

If he has that much to fear from people who want to talk to him then he needs to explain his fears.

Because if you all remember or bother to go back and read, after I initially told Ty to **** off he told me when he saw me he was going to beat me up. So as far as the law goes, the first person to actually threaten physical harm was Ty, to me.

It's all there in the records anyway. None of this is being done haphazardly. A solicitor has been collating material and it clearly shows who was first to threaten physical harm. They are valid legal documents that cover at least 12 months of Ty's online activities.

So if I want to go and see Ty this week and discuss with him why he threatened me when he did, I have every right to.

and i assume your solicitor informed you that regardless of what he has said if you and a bunch of your mates are on his property and he feels he is in danger in any way he is legally allowed to use whatever force necessary to alleviate said danger

Zelky, does your solicitor know you're posting on this site? If so, get yourself a new one. You're implicating yourself in whatever may transpire.

 

Why? Is something going to occur? If does something does occur, it will have absolutely nothing to do with me, and be very easy to prove with an alibi etc.

This piece of **** has been trying to destroy my life by threatening, stalking and harassing me. As I said I've got it all collated by the solicitor, and without bias it shows who the initial aggressor was, why I may have responded etc.

Again thank you for your advice gents but I have this completely under control.

I really should thank the people who have tried to write me off as a loose cannon thought this. People who know me...they know the difference. That's why they come to me for advice, both legal and non legal, and to solve conflicts etc.

I don't give a **** who does or doesn't respect me on a boxing forum. That's not where I make my living.

So again...why would someone be scared to talk to someone face to face if they are willing to threaten them first, then stalk and harass them on the internet. Surely Ty is man enough to face someone without fear and explain his actions...face to face.
