Horrible acting. Loved the way he sat down instead of falling, looked at the ref to see if it was working, etc. What a clown.

Hell yeah he faked it. It was worse than the Dirrell fight. At least Dirrell was winning the round up until he got hit on the ground. Banal ate a right hand that almost put him on the canvas a few seconds before he faked like he couldn't continue anymore

Gets hit at 1:13, he's still rolling around 40 seconds later. Terrible acting, and even if he got away with it, it would have further enhanced the questions over his chin.

When I saw the result at first, I didn't think it would have been a punch that hard out of the clinch but I thought that Banal's chin would have given in again and it would have been genuine.

    Clearly not.

Are they considering an NC under appeal or is that going in the books forever?

He may have won the fight, but if he has to resort to **** like that, hes not really got much of a future as a fighter.

Did anyone watch the whole fight? How did you guys score it before that failed attempt to win an Oscar? I can only assume the ****er had to be losing to pull some bull**** like that.

Luevano faking it? He took a solid well placed shot with full extension from a very heavy handed puncher. Bernabe Concepcion would of dropped anybody with that shot you idiot. Luevano dosn't even have a great chin.

Look at that shot again as soon as it lands Luevano goes down and hard. No delayed reaction and no crawling on the floor.

That was disgusting but I hope the guy redeems himself he's only 21 after all. If he can't then I hope he loses really really badly and retire from the sport.

yeah, this really is not on par with Luevano. Concepcion has a lot of power and Steven didn't crawl on the canvas, walk perfectly normal to his corner, and then collapse in his corner when the referee glances at him. disgraceful
