If quitting while having the potential to win is the question, the definitely AJ & for that many boxers who quit when hurt.

Deontay Wilder & exceptionally brave Great men don't have quit within them

Reckon it's about even. Wilder landed a few good right hands before he was hurt and bullied much the same for AJ

On a petty side note why can't boxing fans on forums educate themselves.
    First LOSS...not lost

and can everyone learn that fighters LOSE they don't LOOSE

    Cheers

Nothing against Anthony Joshua, he was an 8 to 1 favorite, he was expected to drop Andy Ruiz no surpirise there, got caught, hurt & didn't continue beyond the life-threatening zone

Deontay Wilder was an Underdog vs the Lineal Undefeated Tyson Fury (not an 8:1 under-dog Andy Ruiz), when Deontay was clearly hurt, he kept fighting on partial legs with the full intent on catching Tyson Fury with a fight ending punch, big difference in Charachter between a Grandiose Elite & a non-Grandiose life-loving person...Anthony Joshua resembles a normal person more, so naturally what he did will make more sense to normal life-loving people (who leverage everything on life -avoiding death-), while Elites like Deontay Wilder risk everything to defend their Grandiose legacy.

As most people, I had Tyson Fury slight favorite.

Only Tyson Fury, Sugar Hill & his father were certain to win that way, as they had the advantage of preparing an unexpected game-plan. In a Rubber-match Tyson Fury is a 3:1 favorite imo.

Plus the fact Wilder is well known to have shabby footwork, skinny weak legs and bad balance anyway. Even in fights he won against crap opponents he's appeared off balance and tottering around at times. That's just the way he is.
Yeah, getting pummelled by a 270 pound man didn't help.

    Both got whooped.

Wilder was fine first 2 rounds.

Joshua was fine till the 3rd.

Then both imploded and got beaten up, both kept getting up to be fair.

    Brilliant.

Most women want men that can spell single syllable words. But I'm sure you already know this which is why the best comeback you can think of is to pretend to jack off over strangers elderly Mothers. We can see an excuse for a face in your profile pic, no-ones' touching that abomination. Cretin.

AJ clearly. He just got countered trying to finish Ruiz off after a beautiful combination put him down. Wilder was dominated from the 1st bell. AJ made a tactical error that he corrected in the rematch. Wilder was simply beaten by the better fighter. Twice.

AJ defo did better... Wilder wasnt even in that fight... does anyone remember Wilder achieving any success in that fight? Just failures.

It should have been stopped far more early... and he got mandhandled and beat down harder than AJ did.

AJ was defending and wasnt get pushed back.... but Wilder was getting smacked in the face as he moved to the backfoot all around the ring.

It was like watching domestic abuse... a husband hitting his wife all around the house.

    Awful. Tragic
