Yes but it was always going to be ****? Both have a pretty non fan friendly style.

I buy most PPVs and even I gave this one a miss. I was indoors doing sod all as well.

good to see everyone is still getting on :D

on the original post the Fury win is a strange one because its underrated by so many but also overrated by the fans who are desperate to be "hardcore" and anyone that now even slightly rates Joshua is seen as a casual

I will do something else that evening and catch the result the next morning. Klitchko will win anyway.

You're right here. I see a 'hardcore' tweeting BUT WE ALL KNOW WHO THE REAL CHAMPION OF THE WORLD IS every 5 seconds. We get it

the thing is if all the "casual" fans started loving Fury all the hardcores would hate it, they're so desperate for there to be a divide

Outside of the weirdest types of trolls and freaks, I don't think people who have been posting on boxing forums for years and years, (and often been following the sport closely for years or decades) are "deperate to be" hardcore.
I think it means you are pretty much hardcore boxing fan.

The fact is, Fury deserves all the respect and credit he gets, and probably more.
True, he's still not a proven champion, he might even prove to be a flash in the pan champion. But he is the champion, and he won the championship from a GREAT champion.

    It is what it is.

2013 Steve Cunningham was better than anyone Joshua has fought anyway. Better than Dominic Breazeale most probably too.

Too much is made of that knockdown.

Fury was clowning around and got caught and even when he was on the floor (for 1-2 seconds at the most) he was smiling and combing his hair.

Joshua was doing a funny dance the one time someone touched his chin.

Triple H has a far better resume then Wlad, Fury or Joshua.

He has beaten Stone Cold, Brock Lesnar, The Rock, Hulk Hogan, Randy Orton, Chris Jericho, Kurt Angle, The Undertaker, Kane, CM Punk.

There are different types of hardcore fans and some are very much desperate to call them self hardcore regardless of whether they are or not
