If Margarito had ruined Cotto, Cotto would have buckled between Round 3 when he got cut and the end of the fight. Instead, he came back and won the Championship rounds with a ****ed up eye. Cotto is far from ruined, despite not looking as dominant in the past little while as he has in the past. That also is likely a function of him fighting better opposition than he did at 140lbs. I'm not concerned, he'll just keep trucking.

we both know thats not gonna happen because hes mexican and has a huge following and theres too much money to ban him. He should have a lifetime ban. If they let margarito fight again they might aswell let panama lewis train him.

And don't you confuse height with size.

my opinion on this is that cotto needs to get a rematch with margo as soon as possible, like merchant said commentating the fight " cotto, looks like a guy still having nightmares about antonio margarito".....we will know how much cotto has lost if none at all if he gets back i nthere with margo....i understand manny gives him his biggest paycheck ever, but he could be really ****ed if he gets sparked out, which manny has the potential to do to cotto......

cotto's best carear move would be to face margo ASAP

Cottos punch resistance certainly isnt ruined given that he was taking some very flush right hands from Clottey and didnt look in trouble.
