Did any other boxers in history have knockout power like Julian Jackson?

Hard to say because there's different kinds of power. Jackson had power that made huge crashing noises, made your head fly back and caused sweat droplets to fly all over the ring, whereas Tommy Hearns basically had the touch of death, where he could touch your chin with his right hand and all the life would drain from your body and you'd sink to the canvas. Hard to say which kind of power is "more" powerful.

But he took Jackson's power, recovered, then went toe to toe with him and won the exchanges.

It's true though, some guys have that spooky power. Foreman had it too, some of those punches he hit Frazier with didn't look so hard, but they made Frazier's legs buckle like a puppet when you cut his strings.

You should count Shavers in on this. At least P4P, & maybe in absolute terms among HWs.
Something like 50 of his KOs came within 3 rounds.
So many of hisn fights were never filmed.

That the best boxers beat him-especially boxer types, the bane of sluggers-proves nothing.
He was limited. Some boxing skills, not superb.
    Gassed easily sometimes.
    Not the best chin.
    Not a good finisher.

That Norton, Holmes, Ali, Cobb, Lyle, Tillis, Calwell & whoever else I am forgetting had extreme, colorful opinions revolving around him being the hardest hitter ever should clinch it.
They had no goo reason to lie & select him rather than any other victim.

It's pretty obvious Shavers was a banger. I'm not going to compare him to anyone, but from what's available on film, his right hand was a cannon.

I watched the Tillis-Shavers fight again just the other day, and close to the end of one of the later rounds (9th I think) Earnie connects with an absolutely flush, clean right hand on Tiilis' jaw just as the bell sounded, and followed that up with another flush left hook just after the bell that James didn't expect, and yet another somewhat grazing shot that had Tillis face first on the canvas.
God knows how Tillis got up and went on to win.

As for that chilling one-punch KO power, the first two that I thought of was Edwin Rosario and Carlos Hernandez (the Venezuelan jr. welterweight champ)

Not a great fighter as such but Randall Baileys power reminded me a lot of JJ. He’d spectacularly flatten guys when he caught them clean. He just couldn’t set them up or spot the split second openings as well as Jackson. Power wise though he was right there imo.

Maybe so but even from footage we saw of him knocking people out it wasn't one shot like guys like Julian Jackson did.

McCallum actually said that he was forced to get Jackson out of there quick so he wouldn't get taken out himself.

How many have you seen on film that he knocked out with just one shot other than Jimmy Ellis? Not disputing he didn't hit hard and it's considered somewhat of a sin to not mention him in these kinds of conversations but he did not regularly stop people with one shot like Julian Jackson or Randall Bailey.
