Never like to see that in any fight. So yeah. Despite being far from a Haye fan.

Honestly I can't wait for both of them to retire and clear the stage, people saying Haye is a top5 HW contender are full of ****. Haye is far away past his prime and both fighters looked insanely slow.

No as the Bellew cherry pick went wrong, amazing how people didn't see it coming with Haye suddenly turning up to Bellew's fights.

no as he probably made more than the net worth of every esb poster combined in 1 night. but it was definitely sad, like watching a dying lion against a hyena

To not respect a guy fighting injured and still trying to win is a bit silly. Like him or not, haye showed fighting spirit, u can’t fake that, he could have quit, if he was as shallow as people say he wouldn’t have cared about the backlash of quitting and taken he cash. But he didn’t quit, my estimation went up. Seeing s fighter limping around is a sad sight but it did his image a lot of good.

Of course the trash talk was agreed, however Haye crossed the line.

Do you really think Bellew agreed to Haye telling the world that he'd end his life and his children would be without a father?

Haye took down to gutter levels and there is no justification for it.

Bellews wife was in tears because she genuinely feared for his life, and you believe that is acceptable, all in the name of trash talking?

Haye had no choice but to continue on as he attempted to save his reputation from that of a quitter.

He was suppose to blast Bellew out of there within 2-3 rounds as he promised. Remember he could beat bellew while drunk with one hand tied behind his back?

He had 6 rounds to do as he promised. He failed.

    No respect

I give bellew credit actually, he did last longer than anyone thought, long enough for the injury to get worse.

Haye did have a choice, it boils back down to the fact that if you think he is a pathetic diva then why would he care if people believed he was a quitter? There is obviously more to him than that.

Cowards have a choice when going through pain, they pick the easy route. Haye didn’t do that, the man fought rounds trying to get the ko. He could have quit a few rounds earlier and still got credit but he chose to chase the possible ko. Just saying how I saw it, I’m not his biggest fan but I respected him for doing that.
