I was watching in an extremely noisy house, so I couldn't hear the commentary. When Pac went down, I thought he'd been hit with a low blow the way his arms were down by his groin area as the laid on the canvas. After Bayless waved it off, I thought it was a body shot. It wasn't until the replay that I realized holy ****...Pacquiao got knocked the **** out... Great fight, though. I predicted JMM to win, but by decision. I didn't think this was even a remote possibility - UNTIL the 3rd round, when Pac got dropped, which was almost as shocking as the KO itself. But even as he somewhat thrashed JMM up until the KO, I was begging him in my head to be careful...this is definitely the biggest shock I saw live, as I didn't see Tyson-Douglas, and Tarver-Jones II until they were replayed. It goes w/o saying, but Pac-PBF is officially dead. For the first time in four years, I have absolutely NO interest at all whatsover in that fight. Marquez can't possibly top this one. He going to end up a gatekeeper if he keeps fighting. He may as well go out on this high. As for Pac...the only thing that makes sense is the most ridiculous fight than can be made...Pacquiao vs Marquez V.
I thought the same too only because the camera angle was bad and like you said, the way his arm was tucked in. And then saw the replay
