Did anyone else think Woods-Cloud was closer than the scorecards said? It was a good fight, very even early on, I think I had it about even after 6. Then the late rounds came, Woods was outboxing Cloud typically for 2 minutes in the round and then get teed off on for one minute, Cloud won rounds that way. But despite Cloud clearly outlanding Woods in compubox numbers, Woods controlled the pace most of the time in the later rounds and outboxed Cloud most of the time, he definitely did in the 12th round, I thought Woods swept the last 3 rounds by outboxing Cloud most of the time. Even the round in which Cloud looked like he might stop or knock down Woods, Woods was winning the round up until that point, I gave Cloud that round though. I thought Woods won it 115-113 for outboxing Cloud most of the time in the fight, but I have no problems with Cloud winning it and expected a decision win for Cloud.

Wait hold up you thought Woods won 7 rounds in your eyes? Sorry man but thats pretty funny. I wanted Woods to pull off a big upset but i know he Lost really clearly. I only gave Woods 2 or 3 rounds the most. Woods in the early on was landing those uppercuts that was snapping Clouds head back. And Woods when he throws a jab, he was landing it easily on Cloud. Cloud is an explosive fighter but damn imo he's too 1 dimensional in which he's way easy to get hit.

Maybe the scores were a little harsh on Clinton, but it was obvious Cloud had won the fight.
One thing i will say is that Cloud is an accident waiting to happen.Even an old version of Woods was finding the target pretty easily, and although Cloud took the shots well his head was snapping back at times.

No. The judges had it 116-112 IIRC. I thought even that was a bit close.

It was somewhat close early on but Cloud separated himself as the fight wore on. He won clearly.

Naw, I had it 117-111, and I thought I was being a little generous.

No Cloud clearly won...and I think it should have been wider then 116-112...Woods just couldent deal wit the pressure Cloud was putting on him...1 thing that did concern about Cloud,He needs to work on his defense,he was gettin hit too easily by Woods ...lucky him Woods is not a big puncher...he really needs to improve on that cause what happens if he faces someone who can punch like Glenn Johnson perhaps??

Cloud cant be having his chin out for target practice against someone like Johnson

No way the scorecards were MUCH closer than how the fight went.
