Well many did, although in my opinion this was the easiest major fight to predict a winner for a long time

didn't see it, but it sound slike froch did as he promised and boxed...which was always looked on as his weakness...and if dirrell could stun him, most thought AA would take his head off....

but hey, kinda sounds like AA got exposed...outboxed in his last two fights

I dont think it was too easy to call based on that once AA starts gettting desperate, and starts unleashing while pressing forward, late in the fight, I thought there was a big chance that Froch would get tagged and tagged hard, he is not impossible to hurt and I can see why some people thought that maybe AA could stop Froch late after being behind on the cards. Froch hasnt exactly looked his best lately.

However, guys like michigandude or whatever that guys name is, and others, who thought that AA was simply going to abuse Froch, that is simply a big fail on their part.

But nothing wrong with thinking that AA could win this fight late, IMO.

I thought this was a 60/40 type fight with Froch being favored to win a UD, and if AA won it would be by come from behind KO of sorts from middle rounds to late. Glad Froch even surpassed my own expectations and won an impressive fight.

I do find it a tad funny though that before the fight, AA is without a doubt the favorite to win by most and many, after the fight everyone is saying 'told you so' 'how could anyone ever think different' and 'AA overrated' or whatever.

Froch deserves the credit for this win, many and most expected him to lose this fight, and I dont think hes ever really seen the type of recognition and credit he deserves. People continue to pick against him and continue to be proved wrong. (not saying you thread starter, just ESB in general)

Because up until tonight Froch was more than willing to go toe to toe and trade with every fighter he has faced. Had he done that tonight (which I believed he would), he more than likely would have got hurt by Abraham.

I acknowledged that Froch had the ability to outbox AA by jabbing hi way to victory and use his reach. I simply didn't think he had the discipline to do it for 12 rounds which is why I backed Abraham to stop him.

    I did, I predicted a K.O.
    I was wrong.

Why, because I pictured a right hand down the pipe.

Abraham is a can, Froch has a jab and solid boxing skills. This guy Abraham gets way too much credit despite being a can, he's like Clottey..I had Froch easily.

Exactly how i see/seen it.Frochs willingness to stand and trade in his last few fights is apparently how he fights all the time if you listen to the doubters.I t was also blatantly obvious who was the man and who was the boy in this fight, even when Froch was hitting arms and leather,it was rocking Abraham.Total shutout IMO :good

I didn't realize how absolutely terrible AA was.

    He's god-awful.

I also didn't realize he was a complete midget. What is he 4'11?

Froch was twice his size. It was farce.
