Did anyone see the World Series of Boxing on Premier

The thing i dont get is if amatuers are fighting in this under professional rules,will this not hinder them when they go back to the ams style wise?

 

I watched it and it is a very good concept. I think there is a televised show in the US, I forget the name - but it is basically the best prospects from each city are matched up together.

The world series, as far as I understand, is top amateurs who have signed up for various teams that have bought into this. I think more of a preview on the fights/fighters who they are etc would be good. But this is a very welcome addition to Friday nights - I miss Friday Fight Night - so this is good.
