1. She was a very small person to be lifting Gatti and hanging him. 2. The hitmen were never caught on camera at the hotel nor was a financial transaction uncovered. 3. The toxicology report wasn’t that crazy other than alcohol and a muscle relaxer, although withdrawal symptoms and psychosis leading to suicide could have been caused by the muscle relaxer and aided by alcohol. 4. She stood to be in good financial shape if Gatti divorced her particularly due to the child. 5. Three autopsies failed to prove homicide. 6. Zero evidence that she paid off the police. 7. Gatti was a volatile drunk and ex boxer. Suicide is a common theme for that demographic. The biggest surprise, to me, is that Gatti actually pulled it off rather failing to kill himself.
He had been drunkenly fighting with people in the street earlier that night. I read that Gatti had 3 DUIs, was arrested for fighting a police officer, gave some other guy brain injuries, and had a series of domestic abuse incidents.
