Did Berto ruin Conte's legacy?

Conte quickly distanced himself from it saying that Berto took other supplements. IMHO Berto may have been dirty and hired Conte as the fall guy if he got caught.

Conte knows his stuff when it comes to nutrition and training. Considering the gov would crush him I doubt he would risk going to prison and doing some hard time.

 

IMO Conte is no smarter about PED, Nutrition and training than a plethora or more or equally well qualified professionals within related industries. Conte didn't discover THG; Patrick Arnold did. It was Pat who had the knowledge and ability to look for this anabolic that's only a few "ticks" away from Gestrinone. This happens all the time in the supplement world. He just happened to land on one that was effective and his original business model allowed it to find it's way into the sports world.

Not saying he doesn't know a lot, but I haven't heard anything from Conte over the years that isn't well documented in the literature or at the very worst underground forums.

Totally unblemished record up to this point, I'd say Conte has been exposed as a hype job.
