Defo up because he probably picked up a bunch of UK casuals who will watch him vs Bivol.

Same evaluation. It's Yarde who went up despite the loss.

It was a better win than Golovkin's over Brook, it was also quite similar in how the British press overhyped their man's performance. For me Yarde won 2 or 3 rounds even if he fought well.

    Down.
Age is just a number, but somehow the higher the number gets the more the body breaks down as it can't deal with high numbers.
Beterbiev has been on the slide for a while now and it's showing. Yarde did alot better as I expected, due to multiple factors it seems. He fights smarter, he seemingly chased away the lions terrorising his trainingcamps and Beterbiev lost another step.

I'm now slightly starting to favor Bivol by close decision if they eventually meet. Prime for prime I figure Beterbiev knocks him out.

Yarde had the support of the spectators, which can be heard in the cheering.

Beterbiev’s stock remains around the same for me. He took some shots, wobbled a little bit, but turned up the heat and got the job done. I’ve seen that more than once with him. As you were, in my opinion. He’s not getting any younger though…one day he might go to the well and find it dry…but not just yet.

Yarde’s stock has risen with a lot of people i think because many believed he would get flattened without too much bother. Personally he did what I thought he’d do. Throw hands and land some excellent shots…that’s never been an issue for him…and then get overwhelmed eventually and stopped.

Up. He just battered a 'Lion' In the flesh. He's 38 what were you expecting ?

I think Calum Smith beats him though (Too big and ferocious) and I think Bivol does too. (Out boxes)

But I think he knocks out Canelo.

Callum Smith too ferocious? Is that some sort of joke? We saw how ferocious he was against Alvarez when he barely threw a punch despite being "too big and ferocious".

At 175 not 168. He Is ferocious at short range for a tall fighter with a mean left hook.

Yarde was battered and chopped down and lost all the rounds, in my opinion. However, the British audience, pundits and gurus can't accept that a Russian fighter beat Yarde, they praise Yarde even though he was obliterated by Beterbiev. They don't even mention Beterbiev's victory, they're praising Yarde, saying things like "Yarde showed heart, he went toe to toe, he gave Beterbiev's toughest battle" etc, but none of these are true. Beterbiev beat him black and blue all rounds and knocked him out viciously.

They even tried to rob Beterbiev but he knocked out the judges as well.

Same, he is a very competent boxer in terms of skill and has monstrous power, also getting up there in age. I hope the Bivol fight happens soon, like NEXT soon.

Dipped about 5%... so not much change at all.

I was a bit surprised how well Yarde was weathering the storms up until he was caught.

Yardes stock went up for me.

    This.

We didn't learn anything new with Beterbiev, good or bad....we knew he could hit, we knew he was tough, we knew he was a pressure fighter, we knew he could be hit.

With Yarde we learned he's not just a KO artist, his boxing really came along from previous fights.
