Did Broner take the dive?

I don't get where this is coming from. Broner simply isn't a force above 140, and even at 140 he's merely top10.
The only 2 wins above 140 are an SD over past it Malignaggi and another SD over Granados. Not something to write home about, when you're supposed to be A-level according to some.

Even 40 year old Pac is just a level above.

 

No Broner didn't take a dive but he is becoming a grade B fighter now.

 

If you listen to the last round Broner asked his trainer if he won at least one round where the trainer nods as if that was an accomplishment after he reassures Broner that he's won a round . It's plausible by such ho hum goings on in the corner and over enjoyment after the fight.

No, Hunter was trying to get it through Broner`s head that he had to win the last round and all Broner could do was say I won the round as if he didn`t need to change what he was doing and Hunter said yes you won the round but you have to win this goddam round, he was furious with him.

Um, what? It looked nothing like the Mikey Garcia fight. Broner never ran from Mikey. He fought Mikey with a high guard and even started walking Mikey down in the late rounds... Had he fought Pacquiao in the same manner, he would have gotten KO'd. Guaranteed!
