I assume he did considering the inactivity and the fact that he will be 44 years old this year, but I don’t remember seeing any articles announcing it. A few years back he said he would retire at 45 and then I think it was last year where there was talk of him fighting Frank Sanchez but the fight never came off. If he is retired, I wish him nothing but the best in his post fighting career.
Yeah, the man was always fun to watch. I felt like he had the physical tools to be a lot better, but he was never really a gym rat. Wish him the best for retirement.
I assume he has retired, he has been pretty inactive only fought once in about four years. Areola has been in quite a few battles and has given some good fights especially against Kownacki where his 1125 punches thrown were the most by a HW in CompuBox's history. One of Wilder's best wins in fact.
Stiverne was a weirdo ****. The way he yelped like a little girl in that high pitch and ugly face as the result was read out was disgusting. In interviews he can't even string one single sentence together. They are the worst interviews ever.
