Did chris byrd tell the ref to stop the fight?

    I watched part of the fight on youtube and I was trying to read his lips and I could've sworn that he said "stop the fight". And if you closely at his left shoulder when he sits on his stool after the last knockdown, you can see that his shoulder was dislocated.

    I'm pretty sure he asked Nady to stop it. Not only was he hurt, but his shoulder was also badly injured. A few seconds after, Nady said, 'I think you overtrained,' to which Byrd responded, 'Yeah.'

    Nady also told Floyd he was a great champion ... Nady is an off the wall ref ... who's quick to stop a fight !!

    Add to that Nady might know a thing or two about Chris Byrd and boxing !!

    I felt bad for him, it's saddening to see all the boxers that gave me thrills fade away.

    Yeah tell me about it,i was never a huge fan of his but i always resected his skills and guts.....But boy did he look bad!!!!!!

    It was never an action packed fight with him in there, but I liked the way he would slip punches at the last moment and his counterpunching was good too. (Golota fight was a good example)
