I look at it this way could he have got up? Probably. He was actually hit with a decent punch and he had a Glass Jaw also. He pretty much just said "screw it" and stayed down.

I don't think it was a dive in that it was planned and there was no punch landed and he just laid down.

He didnt take a dive, he just didnt want to stick around and be forced to take a dive~ He saw the speed of Mike probably got bumped a little and decided you know, I really dont think I want to see if my chin will hold up to this mans shots.
